Having a good and balanced diet is as important as to drink min 3-4 liters of water a day. We Indians are very careless about our food habits , eat junk, long meal gaps and then we starve so badly that we jump onto the food and have more than the capacity. Special mention to our MOTHERS who doesn’t leave a single chance to make their children chow down on food. It is important for all of us to know how diet helps to have a glowing skin
With application of good products, it is equally important to have proper in take of food, only then the results would be apparent. If you crash diet or long meal gaps, or to have highly processed foods, you are depriving of protein intake , you are lowering down & damaging the making of collagen and elasticity of your skin, which prepones the ageing.
The bottom line is that whatever is going on inside your gut will eventually show in your skin.”
Low Sugar- There has been a study which says that intake of low sugar in your diet helps to get rid of acne’s. sugar goes directly into your blood stream, making your insulin level high and that can aggravate acne, wrinkles, or rashes. It is recommendable to have more of protein, rich sources of omega3 . If you really want to have something sweet, its better to have a piece of fruit, or refined sugary products.
Avoid Dairy products– People with oily skin or acne prone skin just as sugar, it is recommendable to have less dairy products, as the milk comes from majority of pregnant cows, wherein the hormone level in the milk helps in excess sebum production. If you still want to include dairy in your diet, have dairy alternatives or goat milk products.
Food For Glowing Skin- Its purely a blessing to have a beautiful healthy skin that has bright sheer. But still if you feel you are not that blessed to have young glowing skin, you can turn it to be by in taking of vegetables and fruits( seasonal). Few of the studies states that vegetables of different colors need to be included in the diet ( red- specifically tomatoes, yellow, green). Avocado is the one , which should be definitely a part of the diet. Tomato has lycopene, which helps in reducing the sun damage. Redder the tomato, more the lycopene.
With this, yellow and green vegetables can be picked on the basis of darker and brighter color, that indicates the presence of rich nutrients. You have to make sure, along with the vegetables, adequate intake of carbohydrate and protein is also mandatory.
Drinking of water is equally important for detoxification.
