Causes of hair fall is because of certain reasons as follows:-
Hormonal Imbalance- The moment we reach at the early 30’s, we tend to observe the hormonal imbalance. Generally women are found with the production of estrogen, but testosterone and androgen is also produced in body and then these androgens are converted into dihydrotestosterone (DHT) , which is the main cause of hair loss.
Along with this, Women suffereing with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) have a hormonal imbalance which creates higher levels of androgens than normal. This often causes hair to grow on the face and body, while hair on the head grows thinner. PCOS can also lead to ovulation problems, acne, and weight gain.
Thyroid is also one of the reason for hair fall. People suffering with thyroid means imbalance of thyroid hormone either excessive or insufficient amount tends to get affected by the weight gain or loss, sensitivity to cold and hot, heart rate change.
Nutritional Deficiency- Missing of essential nutrients like iron, potassium,protein in the diet may lead to hair loss. Deficiency of Vitamin D also causes hair loss. So, make it a point to include these in your diet in order to save from hair fall.
Stress- Excessive stress can occur hair loss. Depressive mind, negativity inside gets everything upside down.This can be solved by exercises, meditation, yoga massages. By including these ways in your daily regime will reduce the probabilities of hair loss.
Chemical Treatments- Try to avoid too much of chemical treatments like straightening, coloring, styling etc. this damages the hair by making the bond weak. It creates dryness and makes the hair frizzy.
While choosing shampoo, select a sulfate free shampoo , which is readily available in the market.
Apart from these above mentioned reasons, there are other factors also which causes hair loss like ageing. As we age, the rate at which our hair grows tends to slows down. Hair strands get smaller and have less pigment, and hair becomes thinner, finer, and grey. In order to keep your hair healthy, eat whole foods which help to keep your body youthful, as well as your hair.
Hair loss that is genetic. The gene can be inherited from either your mother’s or father’s side of the family, though you’re more likely to have it if both of your parents had hair loss.
